Oyster Hunting
The ultimate fresh shellfish experience.
Tom and his beach boy team will take everyone on a walk through the sea, exploring and looking for oysters that are clinging seamlessly to the rocks. But they won’t escape our eyes, as we use a chisel and a hammer to slowly pry them out. Then, we wash them with clean water and add fried shallots, chili paste, a delicious dipping sauce, and young garlic grown on the island. We’ll eat them fresh right there!

The activity leader will take you along the rocks by the sea, teach you how to observe oysters on the rocks and use tools to extract oysters from the rocks.

Everyone can enjoy fresh oysters. The resort has prepared dipping sauce and side dishes for you.
